For the Speed of Sight record runs Datron install a Microsat-GPS hi-accuracy speed recording device in Mike's record car.

This speed data is transmitted using modems and wireless telemetry to both the chase car and a trackside ground station.

Mike's speed,acceleration and course can be monitored and recorded for driver feedback and record verification.
